My clients span a variety of life experiences and needs. I support individuals with complex trauma or who experienced singular traumatic events; intergenerational trauma and interpersonal challenges; significant developmental life changes including adolescence, college, and transitioning to post-college life; and navigating challenges of parenthood. I also support parents alongside my work with children and adolescents to navigate effective communication, emotion regulation, and attunement to their child's needs. I offer a safe and affirming space for individuals navigating or celebrating their sexuality and identity. I am trained in a trauma informed intervention called Brainspotting, a powerful targeted processing method that supports individuals to process deep emotions and trauma experiences while the therapist offers attunement and grounding. I also have significant experience working with adolescents and young adults through identity formation work. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and offer in person and virtual therapy sessions (virtual only for Massachusetts).
